Dr. Bassleer Biofish Food Better Tabs are staple food tablets for all ground feeding fish. The tablets immediately sinks and spreads on the ground, so that the food cannot be claimed individually by the strongest fish exclusively. Every aquarist who has ever used a food in tablet form knows: You put 1 – 2 tablets in the aquarium. These lie in one place on the ground and are seized by a few fish. A large part of the fish that are not so assertive cannot get to the food and run the risk of not being properly nourished.

What varieties are suitable for my fish? We recommend mixing & alternating varieties for a complete diet. Foods below are listed in order of priority for your fish

African Malawi/ Tanganyika Cichlids = GREEN, HERBAL, GARLIC, ACAI
All fry & Nano fish = BABY & NANO
American Cichlids = ACAI, CHLORELLA, GARLIC
Angelfish = ACAI, REGULAR, BETTER TABS, GARLIC, LAPACHO, FUCO
Axolotls = BETTER TABS
Barbs/Sharks/Loaches/Eels/Knifefish etc = REGULAR, BETTER TABS, CHLORELLA
Betta = CAVAR, HERBAL, ACAI
Catfish including ALL L-numbers/Bristlenose/Corydoras = CHLORELLA, BETTER TABS, GREEN, REGULAR, FLORA FLAKES
Difficult/Fussy eaters = To start with CAVAR & GARLIC; later on all other varieties of food
Discus = REGULAR, ACAI, GARLIC, LAPACHO, FUCO

In case of illness feed the below Dr. BASSLEER BIOFISH FOOD for a MINIMUM 10 days as a possible ‘cure’! Give no other food!

White Spot/ICH/Velvet/Cloudy turbid skin = MATRINE
Skinny or emaciation = HERBAL or GSE/MORINGA or FUCO
Internal small parasites = GARLIC or LAPACHO
Internal worm parasites = PUMPKIN or GARLIC
Skin or Gill flukes = GARLIC: feed for 30 days
